This notice explains how TenderSNAP handles personal information collected through this public website and related demo enquiries. It does not replace any privacy terms that may apply to a customer subscription or separately agreed service.

Information we may receive

If you email us or book a demo, we may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, role, message and booking information. Our hosting infrastructure may also process routine technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, request times and requested pages for delivery, reliability and security.

The current website does not contain an account sign-up or contact form and does not identify a separate analytics provider in its page code.

How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver demonstrations, understand interest in TenderSNAP, maintain website security and reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

When you choose to book a demo, Calendly processes the booking interaction under its own privacy terms. Website hosting providers, including Vercel where used for this deployment, may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. We do not state that we sell personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legitimate rights and security, or as part of a properly managed business transaction.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up, record-keeping, security and legal requirements. We use proportionate safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection relating to your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate data protection authority. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
